Very friendly and knowledgable personnel. They knew what was needed from memory but still verified their knowledge with the computer. Provide timely, courteous, and professional service. If I owned a company, this is how I would want my employees to treat customers. They should be commended along with the owner. Every visit so far has been the same for me. I have even observed their polite treatment with some rather difficult customers on my last visit. Their behavior and professionalism should be recognized.

The deal was started on a Saturday afternoon and instead of making us wait until Monday to complete the sale, they came in on Sunday and let us sign the paperwork and pick up the car, even though the dealership was closed. I would say that is going over & beyond.
